Our pricing structure is affordable, simple, clear and easy to understand. All prices exclude any applicable South African VAT.
Our managed cloud backup service fees are invoiced per month for each account of up to four devices. If an account has more than four devices there is a R75 fixed license fee per month for each additional incomplete multiple of four devices. There are no hidden or additional costs for bandwidth or any other element. We automatically bill dynamically for the storage used and devices in your account, so you do not need to choose a pricing tier or worry about growth; just pay for what you use. Please note however that if you create an account and add a device for backup but do not store any data in our cloud, or you store data on your own computers, you will incur a R75 fixed fee per month as you will be using an account license.

In the event of failure of your backed up hardware, we are able to offer a seed restore service where we physically restore your data for you in our datacentre directly from the backup either to your new machine or an external disk. The price for this is R1000 in Gauteng but can also depend on your location – please contact us for a quotation. If you use our software to back up to your own devices but do not make use of our cloud storage there is a fixed license fee of R75 per month.
